Binds with high affinity to GC-rich motifs and regulates the expression of a large number of genes involved in a variety of processes such as cell growth, apoptosis, differentiation and immune responses. Highly regulated by post-translational modifications(phosphorylations, sumoylation, proteolytic cleavage, glycosylation and acetylation). Binds also the PDGFR-alpha G-box promoter. The Universal Fit-Neptune 0.5–10 µL XL pipette tips are extra-long tips made from pure polypropylene for accurate handling of very small liquid volumes. They are built to fit most common pipette brands and deliver precise transfer between 0.5 and 10 microliters. The XL length allows access to deep or narrow tubes without contamination from contact with the tube walls.
