Assay Principle:

 This ELISA employs a solid-phase sandwich format. Camel SAA in the sample binds to immobilized monoclonal antibodies specific for SAA on the 96-well plate. Following a wash step, HRP-conjugated detection antibodies bind to the captured antigen. After further washing, TMB substrate is added, producing a colorimetric signal proportional to the SAA concentration. The reaction is stopped with sulfuric acid, and absorbance is measured at 450 nm. A standard curve is constructed from recombinant camel SAA standards to interpolate unknown sample concentrations.
